Crowne Falls

 

When I first moved here I thought I was paradise, Hell I lived here twice but when the name changed to Vista Falls it went down hill fast and boy was I mistaken the second time around.

The apartments are nice on the inside and out still, but management was rude and often showed racial discrimmination toward the African Americans and other races (other than Europeans).

When I moved out I didn't get my deposit back and I left it in good condition, they tried to say I owed money back for a special (that they promoted) I guess they forgot when they changed management.

Not to mention saftey is a concern people can tailgate and follow you in, and/or you could type in 1234 and get right in.

Mostly everyone had the same codes anyway.

Also if you do decide to move here get everything in writing and have them recorded, the corporate office and propery manager stick to their lies and protect the members of the staff.

Security was an issue too because of the lack of saftey the police were called because a guy that lived above me tried to stalk me and I often recieved letters on my car.

Parking was a problem too, if you didn't get in early you had to walk very far.

Maint was okay, heed the warning and get out of there.

Also rent is constantly on the rise.
