can we say GHETTO'

I moved in July of 2002 and for about 6 months it was great. I lived in the 200 building (right at the entrance, right in front of the pool). After management changed, the ghetto started comming on in. I hear loud boom booming cars full of drunk kids all hours of the day and night. And living in front of the pool' HA! 3/4 of the people at the pool don't even live there and it forces me to park 2, TWO buildings down from my own. Not to mention underage keg parties every night and drug dealing right in front of my house at all hours. Besides that (if that's not enough), everything is fine. I never hear my neighbors, construction is sound and the appartments are very spacious. But maintinance is slow and usually the guy can't understand you.... go figure
