nasty, mosquito breeding grounds...........

The car wash area is full of old abandoned appliances, the vaccum area is nasty with trash, and one car wash stall is standing full of nasty stagnet water which is just a breeding habitat for mosquitos. The people living near that area really need to beware. I am very concerned, flies and mosquitos were sworming there today. The threat of the west nile virus is serious and mosquitos are the carriers, it is a very serious problem. The health department closed the pools, they need to shut down the car wash area too............FILTHY, DISGUSTING...................
