I moved in around June and it was being taken over by new management. I wish I could have waited to see how they would run the place because as of right now...it SUCKS!
My car got broken into within three weeks, the pools were alwasy being worked on, the car wash sucks, I had to fix the overhead fan on the stove, it took them a week to replace a door lock and fix my shower head, and I got a notice to pay the rest of my pet deposit even though it was due 45 days later.
Also, the grill at my complex almost blew up, trash can been seen everywhere on the nature trail and in the streams, I get cards that state that my apartment has been sprayed for bugs but I still have lots of them, they always close thirty minutes early, and my street light has been out for about two months now.
Also, the gym is more like a 60's kiddie playground, the bathroom stinks with unflushed toliets, the laundry room usually has only one washer and dryer working out of eight, the tennis court is fair, but lights do help!, the trash is usually filled to the top...recently,the trash was out in the streets, my neighbors car got broken into three times within two weeks(they just moved *before their lease was up too*, I envy them), and they should spend more money fixing the apartments instead of having someone blow leaves and mowing at the crack of dawn.
One more important note, don't count on them to be open within thirty minutes of closing time on the last day to pay rent. They are not understanding. My lease will end next summer and I look foward to it.
