Say what you will, but I feel that the majority of people saying negative things about this property are just plain miserable..you know the types...NOTHING can or ever will make them happy...the staff in the office is great..yes, there were problems with the pool, however, if the residents would WASH their swim suits after coming back from the beach, marine algae would not be a problem...of course, lets not sweep around our own front porch steps first...lets make sure we blame it on the management....the new construction looks great....In reference to the mail boxes being vandalized...obviously, none of the existing residents listen to the news...this problem was occurring throughout the entire Hoover apartment marketplace..the vandals were caught...and instantly the problem was solved...The property has new playground and fitness center equipment...Its a great place to live......
