I find it interesting that even the staff member(s) who posted a review on this website rated the safety at Ridge Crossings as only a 3. If THEY give it that rating, you can only guess what it really should be. As far as trying to make residents comfortable and happy, I don't think that is true. every time I go to management with a problem, I am told they can't do anything about it, or they say they will do something and it takes them at least 2 months to do anything. If it is against the rules to have a dog over 25 pounds in the complex, why are there several weimerainers, dalmations, labs, pit bulls, rottweilers, setters, etc, that come poop outside my apartment' In addition, several of these dogs are allowed to run lose, and whenever I give the office staff the description of the dog and the apartment number where the dog is supposed to live, they don't do anything.
I agree with the other reviewer who said the construction workers this summer had put nails through her wall. While removing the curtains earlier this week, I discovered that there was a screw in our window frame (the metal part) that had been placed there while the siding was going up.
Finally, if the office staff is so concerned about making everyone happy, why didn't they look out of their office window at the pool (the first thing you see when you come to lease an apartment) and notice it was GREEN and maybe it wasn't a good idea for people to be swimming in it' Why did it take the JEFFERSON COUNTY HEALTH DEPARTMENT to shut it down and demand the problem be fixed' Don't live here. Some of the benefits of having an apartment are the amenities and not having to take care of everything yourself. Neither of these benefits are applicable here!
