For the most part, the apartment complex is terrible. The staff are incompetent and act like you are inconveniencing them when you need to report something (like dogs running loose, the pool is green, the exercise equipment is broken, there are strange people wandering around the complex, there are mice or other wild animals in your building, etc.). HOWEVER, the ONE and ONLY good thing about his apartment is that because the staff are so ridiculously inept, you can have as many and whatever size dogs you want and NOT PAY A PET FEE!!!! I just moved out and had 1 dog since 10/02 and another since 4/03 and no one ever said anyting to me about paying a pet fee, because they did not know we had them. The staff is good for ONE THING ONLY--letting the rules slide! So if you have a zoo and the pet fees where you live are too high, come on over! You won't have to pay a thing here!
