Positives:
1.The complex has a pleasant setup.
2.Spacious rooms.
3.Great location.
4.Rent is affordable (considering the location).
5.Beautiful pool area.

Negatives:
1.Parking can be a problem at times with no regulations.
2.Regulations on pets do not seem to be upheld (not to mention the owners are not made to clean up behind their pets).
3.The office employees are nice upon greeting you in an attempt to acquire you as a tenant, but lose interest in most anything you have to after the fact.
4.One Garbage unit (at the front of the complex).
5.Not enough nightly patrolling through the complex.
6.Complaints involving other tenants do not seem to be followed-up on.
7.The fitness center needs to be kept up better (examples: not enough pins for the machine weights, bathrooms need to be fixed-up, and the radio in the wall does not even work).

The majority of the problems stem from tenants who do not respect for their neighbors (parking, pets, noise, etc.). The office employees need to make more of an effort to be concerned with their current tenants complaints/maintenance requests. In addition, parking regulations need to be setup and enforced (as should the current regulations). Overall, the experience has been good with some minor inconveniences.

As a manager, I understand the frustrations with how we must handle the situations between residents and certain issues. It is not that we do not want or attempt to resolve the issues, but simply that we are only able to legally and practically do so much. It is not our objective to face these same issues on a consistent basis. We would rather deal with it once and move on to new projects. There are, unfortunately, only certain legal ways we are allowed to intervene and resolve.

As a non-tenant, I believe that every issue should handle all costs. Especially for the safety of tenants. They're shouldnt been ANY excuses on the problems and services.
