Don't move here, management has the nastiest attitude especially Ashley. You pay too much rent to be treated like garbage by them. They talk down to you like they are allowing you to live for free. In the last year the water has been turned off around 5 times (and counting) without notice the last few times at 8 am to 6pm due to water main breakage (whatever). Maintenance is crappy, but I guess you really can't blame them -- it's the office staff -- you have to call repeatedly, send emails and stop by office, then maybe a month later they'll make repairs. qmzu4EHcaGAPVCPw2Fai

I liver here too. I pretty much agree with that assessment. I don't know Ashley though, but some of the office staff are down right rude. I've lived here for 3 months and so far the "water outages" have been more numerous that I can count. You especially shouldn't move here if you have small children. Being without water for 12 hours repeatedly with a 2 year old - sucks.

I am in the apartment business and actually am a former employee of Tree/Ridge Crossings. Do you people really think that we all sit around our offices and plan on shutting the water off just so we can get a big laugh for the day. NO!! When the water is off we don't enjoy it any more than you do. We have to deal with the angry resident calls. It actually drives us crazy. These circumstances are unavoidable. I also would like to say that I really don't know the staff there at the current time however anytime someone gets mad over anything the first thing they do is bash the staff. I have even had people bash me because i turned them over to an attorney for collection because THEY would not pay their rent. Come on, give me a f_______ Break! When someone does say something nice it does not mean they are an employee. Tree/Ridge Crossings is a beautiful place and I know some of the people who have come and gone from there and none of them have been mean bad people. I even know and have worked with some of the people in upper management for Engel and they don't suck either. Take your bad experience and keep it to yourselves. Angry Manager2006

Once again, received notice this time that the water is going off on the damn day before Thanksgiving. I'm sure it'll be a fun day of cooking! AngryManager2006, maybe you should concentrate on making your new tenants miserable and mind your own damn business!
