We have been here for 1 1/2 yrs and it is the worst apt. community I have ever seen. The office staff is not that helpful and could care less if you are having problems. They turn the water off the whole property all the time without notice, you would think they could get it fixed right the first 1 or 2 times but I guess not. With the water being turned off so much one would hope the water is not being contaminated by all the repairs lets just hope that the sewer line isn't made as poorly as the water line. The maintenance enters your apt. leaving a workorder, that was never called in to begin with, that clearly states do not enter when not home. DO NOT MOVE HERE AND IF YOU DO, PLAN TO NEVER HAVE THE WATER ON.
