Every night there is a different problem. I have waken up with scorpions on my walls and water bugs every where. If I spray raid on all of the base boards, the next day the I'm left with a trail of dead bugs around it. I constantly check my shoes before I put them on. I vacuum daily to clean up the mess. My apartment always smells like cigarette smoke (I don't smoke). I'm afraid to walk in the grass because the tenants with animals, don't clean up after them. One of my windows in the sunroom, you can't even see out of it. The air conditioning is non existent. You have all of these vents but nothing seems to come out of it. The construction of these apartments is terrible. They used the cheapest material they could find. If my upstairs neighbors use the hot water in their bathroom, the pipes start knocking. If they use the bathroom, you can hear everything (there are something you don't want to hear). The mail box is a joke, I always afraid I will get hit trying to leave. I wish they would cut the hedges down or just remove them. The trash dumpster is a joke. Its always broken and always overflowing. The office staff is okay and the maintenance staff is great. I renewed my lease because this is as good as it gets. I stayed at The Grand at Galleria and Riverchase Landing. This is better than both of those put together.
