I moved here in March. At first glance, it's a nice place. I know no place is perfect, but I am NOT happy with Ridge Crossings and here is why...
-the "walking path" is really ghetto with trash all along it
-sometimes they let the trash dumpster pile up like crazy, it's gross
-the office staff mainly the girls, are very rude. Not helpful, and forget trying to get a hold of them by phone, they never answer, and when I ride by, they are always outside smoking
-my windows and doors are not sealed properly, it's moldy and cracked
-I have had MANY maintence issues: a leaky fridge it took 5 months of complaining before they replaced, now in the NEW fridge my ice maker doesn't work, and I have no freezer side shelf thing they "claim" is hard to find b/c the "fridge is so new". Yea, I'm STILL waiting. I was without hot water for 3 days while they tried to figure out what was wrong, all my screens were busted/broken when I moved in, the dishwasher has rust at the bottom and the pieces fall off on the floor but it "still works" so they won't replace it, electric outlets all of sudden stop working. There are more issues I've had but I just can't recall them all, pretty sad I've only been here for 6 months. The maintence guys are pretty nice, it's just dealing with the office staff.

I pay $740 to live here, and I really feel this place is on the verge of being ghetto. I feel safe here, and have no issues with noise or anything but I'm still not planning on renewing my lease. Another thing, the water will randomly get shut off for "pipe issues so workers can work on them..." wtf' I NEVER see any workers anywhere working on them, and does it take months to fix a problem' I'd look elsewhere if you're planning to move.
