Got my Water Bill today

It only went up $50 smackers from last month. They say I'm using 8500 gallons of water. That's twice as much as I've used at any other place. Oh yeah, my bill was $130.00. If you like to get gouged on the water bill, please move right in.

Parking sucks bigtime! There's a big semi trailer parked at our building. It's taking up half of the parking right now.

Since the new management has taken over. Things have gone downhill. I'm gone when my lease is up. I really used to like this place.

I moved out in April. I am still getting water bills for my old apartment, that show water is being used. On top of that, I was not home the entire month of April, and still had a $55 water bill.

Ok...I thought it was just me with the water bill. My water bill has never been over $30 and all of sudden it's up to $98. The bill states that the water bill was actually just $19 and sewer was like $60. What is wrong with this picture. Like the previous poster said, if you like getting ripped over by all means move right in. When my lease is up, I'm gone as well.

MY water bill was over $200!! I went to the office to ask them about it they just told me to not use alot of hot water. WHY? because hot water is alot more expensive then cold water. LOL?!

That really sounds like something they would say. I'm guessing that they're using the Over charging of the water to pay for all the painting and renovating. I've thinking about having a bunch signs made warning everyone about the water bills and post them all over the complex during the big open house in august.

I wish I would have known before hand that they were charging us for using hot water instead they send out a letter in August 2008 stating that is how they charged us for water.
