The apartments seem great at first, but after moving in, the little things come into play.

For example: Every couple of weeks, the water pressure drops to near zero for a few hours, then it goes off completely. Usually, they send out a note saying "we are going to be working on the water lines and your water will be off for a few hours on such and such a date". Sometimes they don't send out a notice. Last time this happened without warning, I tried calling the office, and the rude people hung up on me. WTF'

Another annoyance is that now you have to mail your rent and water bill to North Carolina. Yes, that's right folks. North Carolina. One used to be able to just drop the rent off at the office. No longer.

Also, they have all of the ridiculous "rules" because of "new management".

Everything was great at our apartment until they switched to new management. This is the second month in a row that they've sent a notice saying we have not payed the rent and it's late. Yet our check as cleared the bank the day the rent is due. I'm tired of fighting with these people about rent. We pay it before it's due, we even mailed our stupid check to North Caroline early so it would get there on time. so you tell me. If it happens on more time, I will get out of lease and I won't be paying to break it either.

We never get a note saying they are going to be working on the water and they seem to cut the water off a whole lot without letting us know. It is getting annoying.
