This place used to be great From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 12/12/2007 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007   Well, until the new management arrived this place was great. The management was friendly, there were never any major problems but now it's terrible. Having to mail your rent to North Carolina, it's a joke. The old way was you just took your rent to the office and you knew they received it. Oh and the water bill you mail it to North Carolina with the rent but when the water bill comes it tells you to mail it to the office, Hello' Sound like this management doesn't even know what they are doing. I called up to the office when we got our new rule crap and I called to ask about one of the rules and the girl in the office didn't even know what I was talking about. It's a joke and huge joke and so are the people that work here. The apartments are great it's the people who run the place that sucks!!! We were planning to extend our lease but not anymore just because the management is to much to put up with.
