New Management GREAT! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 1/1/2008 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2008   I've lived here since August of '05 and have always been pleased with the management. I changed apartments in November of '07 right during the management swap. Since then, we've had several problems with kitchen and bathroom appliances and everytime the maintenance people have been out here within the hour of us reporting it. Spacious, nice apartments. Convenient location in the heart of Hoover but secluded enough not to hear (much) road noise. I would definitely recommend it.
