this new management is horrible. i agree with the last post. i went to complain about the noise here and they basically said they wouldnt take any action. i could hear music coming from the parking lot when i was standing in the office to make my complaint. it had been playing for about 30 minutes at the time and no action was taken until i complained. but even after they took action, the music started up again and again there was no action taken until i went back up to the office. so i guess they'll just keep letting this place go until someone gets killed because of a dispute that had to be handled one on one between the tennants. but its not like they really care about how safe or how nice it is to live here. all they care about is getting thier check. but thats just how the whole city of birmingham is. i just thought hoover was different. guess not.

I totally agree. Im moving to florida in a few weeks but if i was staying in Hoover, I would DEFINATELY move some where else. Im not sure if you got that letter in the mail but the people who used to manager here sent out a letter stating that they will meet and beat your current contract. You may want to look into that. HTH Good luck in whatever you decide

I agree totally. We live near the pool at the top of the hill and deal with music ALL the time. For some reason people like to come up here and hang out at their cars with the music blaring so much it makes our walls shake. I have called several times to complain but I always have to leave a message. I liked the old management a lot more mainly because they had a security guard that patrolled at night. We didn't start having problems with the music until the new management took over.
