SO here I am two weeks into my new place. It's fairly quiet in my area and I do like it so far but there are a some issues that HAVE to get resolved. Day one, I found that someone has stopped up the toilet I mean can you not flush the bowl and unstop it BEFORE I move in. My 10 year old even knows that. Also they didn t pest control the apartment before I moved in, who doesn t do that. I also had to ask three times before the pest control guy came. The upside is that the pest control guy comes several times a month so all you have to do is let them know ..of course that s assuming they come. OH yea, they also said that the pest control guy came when he didn t, since my girlfriend is a stay at home mom its pretty easy to tell when you come or not. Today is the best thought, I get a call from my girlfriend while driving home from work, she is cooking dinner and there is no water. I have called the on call maintenance people, 45 min ago and no call yet. So dinner is half cooked waiting on the water, what could possible be wrong that two weeks in that the water is shut off''''' This is not a bad place but it needs to be better managed, it is a large complex and I don t think they are equipped to handle this many apartments. I wouldn t say don t move in but I would say renters beware. I m near the office so I can complain loud an clear (grin)

well if you are going to complain, you need to be very loud because if you are living near the office there will be plenty of noise. get ready. if you have just moved in your problems have only just begun. good luck. believe me, i'd break the lease and get out. we lived there for 9 months and the pest control guy never came at all. we killed spiders and roches every single day. we also made a call every night to the police because a crowd gathered around the basketball court and the pool. the water is cut off like that about once a month. they will tell you they are fixing the problem the right way now because the old management crew just kept patching it. but the after we were told that, the problem continued for 6 months until we moved out. this place was horrible when we left and i wouldnt expect it to get better. its worth breaking the lease if you can because this place SUXXX!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
