WARNING!!!! Lived here for over 2 years but it's changed and not for the good.

There used to be security guards before the new owners bought the complex. Now they are gone and the place has gone down hill.
My kids are scared to go outside because of the bullying by other kids.
Water bills are outrageous.
No Parking at my building.
Management will not return your phone calls.
Garbage overflows at the dumpster.
Walking trail has garbage dumped all along it.
Hoodlums are hanging out playing loud music all the time.
Broken down car parked in front of the stairs at my building with only 3 tires and propped up with a rock.

It was so bad for us that we gave the 2 months notice and broke our lease. It was once a good place to live, however; in just a short year it has gone to the dogs.

I agree with you, management is not good they will never return your calls, will cut water supply without informing its residence. Presently I am living here and in no circumstances i would renew my lease and i would not recommend it to anyone.
