Ridge Crossings is a great place to live. As with any community it has its ups and downs. The leasing staff is great and has always tried to be helpful to me whenever I needed something. The maintenance staff is always friendly. The issues about the water being turned off was out of everyones control. A watermain broke but the manager got it taken care of in a timely manner. I live in a newly remodeled apartment home now and had transfered from one that wasnt. Both apartments are great. This place has really been trying to get this community together. Sinse the new company took over they put in new fitness equiptment and a movie theatre. They put up a basket ball goal and I always see the grounds keepers out cleaning up the place. If some of the other residents would stop throwing trash on the ground and make their kids mind then it would be the perfect place. I guess we cant win them all. This year almost every month this company puts together parties for this community and I have attended every one of them. The last one was really great. They had a wine and cheese party. I think the whole office was there and everyone had a great time. They were even talking about the next party having karaoke. I love this place. I look forward to many more years with them. So yes I recommend living here. You get what you pay for.

Two things: People just throw there fast food trash and liquor bottles out of there cars. The groundskeeper cannot keep up. Secondly, you cannot even go to one of these planned events because the parents let their kids run wild and its not worth it (don't even think about going to the pool on the weekends).
