Large and spacious apartments with some staffing problems

Years at this apartment: 1996 - 2002
The past 4 years the staff from Management on down has changed so much you never knew who your were going to speak with in any given month!!!
Property is well maintained, large apartment space and accomadations!
There have been many problems with maintenance people since the management changes from 4 years ago... leaks, repairs,etc can take months to fix..
The latest management appears to be trying to turn things around!!
