Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2004
I am a resident of Colonial Grand at Riverchase going on 3 years now. I have enjoyed working with the office staff and maintenance. They are always eager to help me in anyway that they can, and have gone out of there way to accomadate me and my family. I encourage anyone who is looking for lots of space and great a community to look at Colonial Grand at Riverchase.
