Maintence was never a problem but ants were awful - office personnel never seem to find packages that were delivered by UPS. It took for I was told the carpet would be new in the apartment, it was cleaned but never changed I request a upstairs apartment and was told once one became available in my unit it wouldnt be a problem later being told I would have to pay a few to move upstairs - after numerous complaints of being under someone who never gave me a break to sleep with out ------- each other brians out or the kids running or playing with a ball. Talking with the office the still never considered to accomadate me.
Mail box key was replaced it took damn near two weeks before I could catch up with someone to get the key. ---- and Marijuana was always found in the pool or near seating area. I took my time to clean the apt and have the office come view the apt and she states it was not cleaning hell you could almost move someone in behind me if it didnt need painting.
