Bugs has been a constant problem since I have lived here. They always find a way of moving in with you from room to room. These bugs are so huge, they have wings so they fly. There are bees and hornets and wasps just hanging around your front door waiting on you to come out. But don't bother reporting, the office staff does nothing but listen. If you love --------, please make this your home. They have taken over and are everywhere. They average 8-10 per apartment and mostly occupy the upstairs apt so there is constant noise day in and day out. There is no part of the day that you can sleep. Even a recent sex offender was allowed to move in with no problem. Why, because the office staff will allow anybody to move in here as long as they have money for the rent. The only thing the office staff does is to collect rent. They won't even put maintenance orders in their system for you. They constantly tell you that their systems are down. Of course, there is only one maintenance person that services this huge complex. The other maintenance guys drive around all day on the golf carts picking up trash. The office staff is Angie, Amanda, Jacqueline, Melissa and their manager Jaime, who are all clueless. They switched us over to a water vendor company and they can't even explain why your water bills are outrageous every month and the best part is that your water bill is due with your rent. They gave us a month's notice before letting us know this. Racism is getting bigger. The office staff yells at the black kids that are outside and tells them to go somewhere else to play. Everyday when they get off the buses, they are constantly telling them to go home. If you love everything that I have told you so far, please move here. And I can't forget the best part, there is a strong sewer odor at night. When a good wind comes along, don't be caught outside.
