I have lived in several apartments and understand when dealing with residential management it is very unnerving at times. I think that the office is very un personable. These are peoples homes and techincally the only time you hear from someone in the office is when they want money. No happy little activities for the children or meet your neighbors,just a very snotty attitude. I think that the place would be run better if they were more organized in the office and managed their people and their residents. Instead they are very rude people. You cant be like that when you want to make your home in a place. I dont think any time I have called I get the manager. They screen her calls like crazy, which makes me wonder if she is a coward, or what does she do all day in her office. I never have seen anyone from the office say anything to people when they come in. I am one of those residents who never complains, who asks for something and then when it does not get done I dont fuss at them. I know that my rent is their paycheck and when I move out and slowly as I watch this place turn into hell I wont renew my lease. I think that they can take better care of the place too. I mean you go to know that Colonial Properties has money, where does it go. The corporate paycheck' makes you wonder.
