I have lived in this apt complex for 4 years, but in the past year, it has really gone donehill. It is no longer a nice luxury apt, you are right above poverty. You try to decorate on the inside to give you that home feeling, but the bugs won't let you. The constant drips from either your kitchen faucet or bathroom faucets won't let you. The toilet stays stopped up. But if that's not enought, the office staff approved for a sexual predator to move onto the property and he was only 1 building from me. With all the kids that live here, you would think they wouldn't have approved it. The Hoover police dept was kind enough to send us notification in the mail. And --------, oh my goodness, can we call it mexicano city. They are every where, they have pretty much taken over. For every apt that they rent, get ready for at least 15 of them to move in. Parking is very tight and they all may have their own car playing their music as loud as the volume can go. Sleep, try to get it during the day because you will be up at night trying to sleep. When they cook, that smell will travel thru the vents and will be in your apt until the next day. Beer cans every where, dirty diapers every where. All the office will do is to tag your door to deter the littering but nobody ever gets fined or evicted. Speaking of smells, come home before it gets dark. For some reason at night, that sewer smell is everywhere and if you open your front door, the smell comes in with you. And if you love paying a high water bill that the office staff can't explain and a high gas bill that's even high in the summer months, this apt complex will love for you to live here to give away your hard earned money. But bring some aspirin with you, because from ignored phone calls and repeated visits to the office, you will have a major headache. The manager has her calls and visits screened so don't depend on her for assistance. So please, take some advice. The model is nice to look at but once you get your apt, it is totally different. And please, come and check it out at night and roll your car window down to enjoy the nice odor from the sewer. There have been rapes and break-ins occurring a lot lately but the office will not admit to it. I am counting the days until I can move. Can't afford to break the lease.

I could not agree more with this review. I am a tenant that lives here and I am moving out for the same reasons. The office acts like they just do not care, and they screen the managers call like crazy, I guess because everyone else is calling and complaining. My Neighbor was just recently robbed on a Sunday in broad daylight. She was so freaked out. The have a huge landscaping issue, roach issue, and lack of maintenance help, that changes staff every other week. I dont even think that my air filter has been changed since I moved in my apartment. They said that they were going to come in one day and do this, but all I think they did was look in my unit to see what kind of furniture I have. They did not do anything. I hope that people read this and I hope that the staff reads this. if they care about their job and what they do then maybe something good will come out of this.

I also a resident and would have to agree to a certain extent. Every day it feels more and more like I'm living in the ghetto.
Windows keep being busted out, the litter, the dimly lit hallways where apparently people like to hang out who dont even live in the building.
If I were a girl I would definitely not want to live here.
