I have lived here for 2 years and am moving out in December. This place has changed hands 3 times since I've lived here. It's obvious that Engle Properties doesn't care about their property or their residents. Since I have lived here I have put in quite a few work orders and to this day there are still some outstanding. The area around my building is disgusting. Trash is everywhere and no one bothers to pick it up. I thought we had a grounds keeper. I went by the office two weeks ago and mentioned this and also mentioned the fact that there is a lot of trash shoved in the cracks and holes of the rail road ties (including an opened condom wrapper). I was told they would get the grounds keeper to come clean it up. Well, needless to say it is all still there. There is only one nice person in the office now that truly listens and understands and that is Michelle. Thanks Michelle for everything you do because it's obvious no one else there cares about anyone.
