The staff and management company do not really care about the residents.
Office hours are not convenient to residents.
Parking is terrible.
Packages can't be left in the office. This is the newest issue. So now residents will have to have their packages left at their doors to be stolen.
They switched cable companies and got worse and more expensive service than we had before. Staff must be getting a kickback !!
Complaints are not addressed.
The entire property has gone down hill and doesn't seem to be stopping.
As soon as my lease is up, I'm outta here !!
