Kudos to the new manager. I have lived here for 7 years and have seen many different managers but the current manager, Sherry is making a lot of improvements. She is really making great strides in getting the situation with the kids in check. When she started the place was horrible, kids in the breezeway at all hours of the day and night. I had to complain a time or two but now she really has things under control. She sends out letters frequently reminding others of the rules and I am even seeing Hoover Police driving through more often than ever before.

These apartments are larger than any in town. I live in a 3bedroom, 1900 square feet, this is like a home but without having to pay for repairs out of my own pocket. I agree with the comment on the direct path, its awful.


I would definately move here again if I were out searching for apartments, these are in the top 3 in Hoover in my opinion. I am a journalist and I hear about all of the pros and cons within the area and beleive me some places in Hoover are not fit for a dog to live in.
