The initial apperance and the price is what attracted us however, right after we moved in the management company changed and things started going down hill from there. The staff act as if you are bothering them when you go to the office. Maintenance craftmanship and response time is poor. Our water heater was going out and the guy put a piece of copper tubing on the tank drain valve and told my wife it was fixed. It took months to get our air conditioning system fixed. Our unit was running all of the time in the summerand we paid utility bills over $300.00/mo. Now they have switched management companies again and are going to charge the monthly water and sewer amount based on the number of bed rooms you. My wife and I live in a three bedroom and will will pay $85.00/mo whereas someone living in a two bedroom with four people will only pay $75.00/mo. As soon as my lease is over I am out of this place!

I apologize that you have had some problems with your apartment, and I hope that you will stop by the office to speak with me about them.
It may not be the answer to your concerns, but we are having a "town hall" meeting about the water bills next Tuesday, March 10, in the office. One at 5:30 and one at 6:30pm. I hope you can make one of them.

After my last posting, a rock was thrown through my window. It took the facility two weeks to repair it. Each time we asked the answer was "Oh, someone will be there tomorrow. Two weeks later it was fixed.
Shortly after the last posting I received the posting above from the Asst. Manager, Will. I went to the office to talk to him and he was not in. I left my name and number but I haven't received a call to date. My neighbor went in this week and she was afraid someone was trying to get into her apartment. She told me she felt like she was inconveniencing them as well. Just one more reason to leave this place.
Looks like the flat rate water bill is on hold at this time. Not sure why but I did read my sub-metering addendum, which takes priority over the lease and I don't think they can charge by the amount of bedrooms and I believe they are going to have to provide me with a bill each month. Previously they wrote the water bill would have to be included with the rent or they would not accept it. According to their addendum, it is suppose to be a separate charge, as I read it. Beware of this location.

I AGREE!!!!!!!!! The staff is as close to "hood" as you can get without going to it. The neighborhood children have NO respect for adults around them. Not even their parents..... The maintenence crew is as sorry as they come. Town Hall meeting....whatever.... their is still no positive that can be said to say as the outcome. We still have a less than helping leasing staff as well as a rowdy bunch of children that have no respect for your property.
