I would advise anyone who is planning to move to Wisteria Park to think twice. After my roomate and I paid an application fee and were guaranteed a beautiful apartment, we were dismayed at the promised apartment. The apartment that Stephanie showed us was wonderful. We were told that our apartment would look the same and have the same amount of space. However, when we arrived to actually sign our lease and move it, the apartment looked absolutely nothing like the apartment we were promised. The square footage was way off and the closets were two times as small. They were trying to force us to sign the lease before we saw the apartment. Thank God that we were able to leave without signing anything. After speaking with tha manager, there was no apology or anything for the lost $150. If you are planning to live here, please look at the exact apartment so that you won't have this problem.

I happen to know that Stephanie did not work at Wisteria Park in June. One should be very careful when posting somes name in a bad message on the internet! Please make sure your postings are factual and accurate.

I agree with this person I apartment that was showed to me and my family looked nothing like the apartment that I received. The young lady that showed me the demo said that my apartment who look just like the demo. Damn storyteller. They will tell you anything to get you to move there. But PLEASE KEEP LOOKING!
