Living at Wisteria Park is by far the worst experience I have ever had with a rental unit. From day 1 I have had severe problems with my plumbing. My kitchen sink has had a pipe explode on two seperate occasions. I have had sewage bubble up from my bathroom and kitchen sink. Don't count on maintanence to fix anything, but they are great at moving all your furniture into the corner of the room and tracking black filth all over your carpets and kitchen floor. I decided to write this review after coming home from work the other day to a new lock on my door. Apparently management had to change it because they didn't have a key to let the plumber in. However, no one failed to notify me or give me the new key. No one answered the supposed 24 hour emergency phone service and I was locked out for hours. The complex is infested with fleas, roaches, and stray cats. Don't let their rent specials fool you into thinking you're getting a good deal. You will inevitably be sorry if you move here. Run and never look back; that is the best advice I can give you. This place should be condemmed.
