Wisteria Park is under new management! Yes the roaches have taken over and are running things. The demo apt. is what got me it was all nice with a security system and a wonderful view of the complex. I should have know something was wrong when the person that should be showing the apt. to me just handed me the keys and said, "I can trust you right'" No the problem was YOU CAN'T TRUST THEM!!!!! Well it all went down hill from there and even further down. When I first moved in my refrigerator was infested with roaches and there eggs and my front down was hanging wide open the locks didn't work at all!!. I have never lived with roaches so it really freaked me out. So I called the landlord and kept getting her flunkies! All I got in response what that the cleaning crew had just got finished with my apt. The really bad part about all this was I had been seeing the handy men or man around my apt.a lot. So i was under the impression that he was coming to fix all the many wrongs in my apt. But come to find out he had a "relationship" with my neighbor up stairs!!! The first week in my new place and all i could hear was every time they decided to "talk" to each other and her bad @$$ kid. Eventually they got a new frige put in my apt. so that I wouldn't go to the health department. I still have a hole in my wall from where the plumbers finally came to fix the still leaking tub. I had to repeatedly call and make appearances at the office just to get my tub resurfaced, which is peeling, and working properly,which it still doesn't. That is only some of the stories I could tell you that will make your skin crawl just listening to me rehash memories of my first apt. in birmingham! p.s. Take a dip out in the pool it will be an experience you will never forget. It makes you feel like your in that game tomb raider with all the falling rocks and mysterious that go bump around the pool area!!!!

I am sorry to hear of your experience.....Maybe you should try and set a appoinment with the manager or put it in writing addressed to the manager. Hope this helps.
