I am currently living in The Cliffs now. When I first moved there, I did have a few problems. The were quickly resolved which was impressive. A lot of the comments here on this site I can agree with now. The children and teens that hang out, the up keep of the grounds are not the best, the apartments itself needs a face lift which has been promised since I moved there. Nothing has change. I do like the fact that the rooms are huge but with everything that wrong it doesn't matter how big the rooms are. I have never had a problem with bugs in my apartment which is good, but I would I recommend the The Cliffs to a potential resident' No I would not. It's a lot of things to be done there and until that happens I think they will continue to get the reviews they are getting. My lease will be up soon and I'm not planning on renewing.
