We have had problems from day ONE! TO make it short....we have had a leak in our ceiling since we moved in (we live in a middle unit) and have had to put buckets in our floor to keep up with the water. Our A/C has not worked since we moved in, our thermostat is broken, roaches, roaches, roaches, laundry room doors broken, weather stripping gone from our doors...and our power bill has not been less than $300 a month...and that's with us keeping the air off most of the time and drying our clothes on laundry lines! Upon asking repeatedly for them to fix anything...."I will put in a work order" and of course...never see a maintenance person. Also our tub in the master is about to cave in because it feels as though the joints underneath us are gone. We are breaking our lease the legal way and if they have a problem with it...they can take us to court and speak with my lawyer because NOBODY should have to live like that when paying rent!
