Take my word: Don't even waste time looking!

I was initially lured in by the "spacious" floorplan of the 4 BR and the cost. I saw the area, I wanted to run screaming... seriously! It looks like a housing project! They use descriptions like: "the scenic beauty of our charming wooded setting surrounded by impeccably landscaped grounds..." Landscaping is a joke. There is no grass in certain areas. The tennis court has no net and the fitness center is not only outdated, but just plain dirty. The day we were given to move in, the times that the apt. would be ready kept changing, without any notice. First it was 12 noon... 2 pm... 3pm... maybe by the end of the day... the next day... sigh. When we came by to start unloading boxes, we were told that we could put them in the rooms that were ready. As we started, the leasing agent KIM, rudely told us that we couldn't and she was *about* to call and tell us that it would be a later time. This was at the 2 pm time.
I love how they tried to pass off old azz formica countertops that had been painted black with white flecks as "granite". The main patio looked like it was falling apart... the railing was missing slats. A small child could easily get their head stuck. The patio of the master bedroom has NO railing and I would have been scared to step outside. There are bushes surrounding it where anyone could be lurking. The breezeway is scary dark and there was no light by the door. Trust, you would not want to be out there at night. In the middle of the day, parking seemed non-existent. I didn't stick around to see what it would look like after people got off work. Rowdy teenagers were loitering in the parking lot and with Summer coming, I could see that this would be a big problem. This would not be a place where I would feel safe letting my 11 year old daughter go out to play. If you have a family, I would take this into consideration. We left there and made a few calls and found a similar apt in the area for around $30 more that was lovely and ready to move in.

None of the master bedroom ground level apartments have railings, and please note all pictures were taken BEFORE the apartment was considered ready to move into when the applicant came into the apartment when the workers were still in there trying to get the apartment ready for move in.

I didn't even post any interior pics... I posted the pic of the ragedy azz patio railing and that nasty azz fitness center. You don't have anything to say about that, do you? What about the tennis court sans net??? What about that horrible surroundings?? Yeah... thought so...
