They have a very nice show unit and move in rates, but that is where any quality ends. They claim to have 3 pools, one is usually broken and the other 2 haven't held water in literally over 14 months. Coupled with $75 monthly water bills in two bedroom units that LACK any laundry hookups beg the question why the community water bills are so high. Most units suffer from foundational breaks resulting (but not limited to) leaking/broken pipes, slanted (over 5 degrees) living rooms and floor plans, and cracked walls and ceilings.
They have switched management and repair staff recently, but despite that multiple units around us all have rotten wood in ceiling support beams and flooded and water damaged bathrooms that have gone un-repaired for months and weeks respectively. While it is easy to claim that this is only one unit or one's person's opinion I urge you to simply walk around a few units (especially the older ones on the side of the hill), ask to see all three pools and all the laundry rooms, and make sure you CLOSELY inspect your own unit before signing anything. This simple tour will most likely be discouraged or miss-directed by the staff but will show you the simple reality that this is a poorly maintained and tired old units. There are many places nearby that cost within $30/month of the Cliffs at Rocky Ridge but you will more than make up the difference in water bills alone, let alone the aggravation of an unsympathetic staff and decrepit buildings. 6TrHFn6pn7poyqNlKEgn
