I know there are worse places in the world to live, but DO NOT lease here if you have any other viable options!!
We moved here in the fall of 2005 and until the day we moved in the office staff was very willing to do whatever it took to get us here. That was the extent of their "customer service". This place may have been nice at one time, but it is virtually falling apart. My kitchen is a joke---dishwasher leaks, sink leaks, cabinet shelves are broken. My front door has an inch wide gap at the frame. My sliding glass door is original to the building and is falling out of the wood frame around it. All of these issues were brought up to management and nothing has been done. (I could add much more, too!) Maintenance does nothing that I am aware of, seeing as most of the problems in my unit have still not been addressed since we moved in. The grounds are a free-for-all for the neighboring complexes to use our facilities. Management here is very poor, the only thing they care about is landscaping and rent checks. It is not a secure complex and is DEFINITELY not worth how much money you will pay to live here.
