This is, without a doubt, the worst apartment complex in Birmingham for the money. A gated community, wherein the gate does not and never has worked, located in the middle of illegal immigrant country. Loud noises 24/7/365 including noises caused by other residents, noises called by the apartment itself, loud music, loud kids, etc. Maintenance is a joke. Appliances leak. No storage space. Busy fire station nearby makes unbelieveable racket. Busy highway does the same. The rent is incredibly high. Lease runs out in a few months, and it will be an incredible weight off my shoulders.

If you are crazy enough to want to move here, go ahead. But you can save yourself some time by pulling all your hair out now rather than later.

I have found quite the opposite to this whole review. My Apt. is right behind the Fire Dept. and I new this when I moved here. I have to yet been disturbed by this, and it was a concern but not enough to not move in. The pool is always clean when I go. I also have children and many of the hispanic living around me and they are very friendly and well behaved. Maybe you need to set down and talk to the maintenance and office staff again. I find them all to be ready to help.
