This place is a nice place to live.I moved here in May 2006 and had my concerns when I first moved in. Not getting any one to fix my problems was my major issue with the office, The manager was never there and ALWAYS had some big personal issue he was dealing with. I was glad to here that a new company was buying us. Engel really picked a great person to manage this property. She was very pretty and treated me with total respect and fixed my problems ASAP! "Thanks Amy". She also came in a took total control of a flooding problem in front of our building.We would have to put sand bags at our front doors EVERY time it would rain, thats not good at all. she came in and a week later they fixed the problem.the last company said "There is nothing they could do!" They just didn't care! Thank you Engel for buying us. Your managers really do care what happens out here.
