I've been here for a couple of years now. The last Property Manager has literally holed herself up in her apartment and covered all of her windows up with paper, aluminum foil, and tape. She shot through her second story window a few weeks ago and several vehicles have mysteriously had their tires slashed or ran over nails.

My neighbors are in an uproar. The gossip pool is rarely empty. I will say the landscaping is well taken care of, but the old drunken maintenance guy Jack breaks more than he fixes when he actually shows up for repairs.

I did hear these buildings have had several fires. The rental price is okay, my neighbors are great for the most part. Cute area. Crime seems to be low and the price is right, as long as you don't mind absentee management and drama, but I guess you get that everywhere these days.
