I moved from Ridge Crossings to Crowne Woods and I can say it has been a great experience. The management is friendly and quickly responsive to problems or issues most of the time. My air conditioner broke on a weekend and they sent an emergency maintence to it within an hour. Wow! What a change from a response time of weeks at Ridge Crossings. The grounds are very well kept up and so are the pools. The only issue I have had is a broken down car that has been parkd outside our building for months. Management seems unable to make it go away. And non-residents using the pool. That is a problem at all apts I have lived in. However, it is not as bad at Crowne Woods.
