Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2006
 
We have lived here for four years. We have seen two manaagement compaines during our residency and Harbor is by far the best!! The office staff is super friendly and takes care of any issues we have in a very prompt, professional manner. My husband and I would recommend this community 100%:)
