I moved here in Oct 2004 and then it was a great place. The leasing agent who got me into the community (------) was wonderful. Unfortunately, ------ moved to another job right as I was moving in. For about the first year things were okay, but the last couple of years service has gone bad. The last year especially. The leasing agents and business managers are unfriendly and rude, uncaring, and unresponsive to your needs / requests. Especially ------ one of the business managers. She has and awful attitude and is unprofessional. There is suppose to be a "central" office at Vista Woods for the 3 apartment communities (at Vista Woods, Vista Hills, and Vista Falls) and getting service sucks. You can't even drop your rent off without having to drive or make the long walk to Vista Woods. The restricted gate entrance and exit have worked about half the time that I have lived here and they just recently conveniently close the workout area in my community to build a new "central" work out area in Vista Falls that was supposed to be completed over a month ago. I will say that I like the appearance and design of the apartment and the maintenace staff is helpful and friendly (thank God). I will be honest, I did just renew my lease but only for the shortest lease time available so I wouldn't have to pay the high month to month rate and so I could find a new place to live as soon as possible!!! The staff (except maintenace staff) just suck all the goodness out of this place! I would not recommend this place to anyone!
