I moved to the Vistas in April of 2006 and I had the best experience with an apartment community ever! They had an amazing staff and a great maintanience crew. Until one day when it all seemed to fall apart. First it started with a renewal issue that was an error on the part of one of the meanest and most unprofessional managers (-----) that I have ever had the displeasure of meeting. Then the only person who seemed to care about the community at all (-----) left, hopefully for greener pastures. He was the only person in the whole office I could talk to and see results. Now the only part of the community I can depend on is --- and ----- of the maintainence team. I cant believe how low this community has sunk over this short period of time.

I have also experienced the same--overnight--the complex went from being a great place to live to awful. I am currently looking to move. I have even filed a formal compliant against --------who has been nicknamed the wicked witch of vista and haven't received a response. It doesn't matter to me if the complex has state of the art work out room or internet cafe, it they aren't going to treat the residents with respect!!
