The staff is not very knowledgeable and very unprofessional. It's hard to get anything fixed, you have to request several times, and you're lucky if they ever actually come! The apartment itself is nice, but the demographics of the apartment complex are starting to change...
Don't be fooled by the initial "low" rent. Rent will go up to market price to "adjust to the cost of living" when you renew your lease. Your water/sewer bill will be outrageous.
The "gated" community isn't very gated considering the gates are broken 98% of the time. So anyone can enter!
I would suggest you look some place else to live.
