I lived at Vista Woods for almost 6 years. I know, why on earth would I do that' They actually have some very competent maintanence staff, but the management is seriously LACKING in the professionalism department. If you do decide to live at Vista Woods, please make sure you keep a copy of your lease and when moving out take pictures of the apartment when you do your walk-through with the management. Believe me, you will need it to dispute sneaky, untrue charges when you move out. For example, I was charged "accidentally" $300 for a wall color change, when the walls were never painted a different color. And, here's another tip when moving out. Purchase your own stove drip pans from Walmart for $2 a piece. Vista Woods will charge you $25 for new drip pans. I guess that is to be expected of living in such a "upscale neighborhood apartment home." I will be advising anyone I know of looking for an apartment to steer clear of any Vista Community. P.S. Check out the other bad reviews and look at the comments to them. I wonder if the commenting person works for the apartment complex'!'

I was also charged a big BOGUS fee at move out and they messed up the move out date when it was time for me to leave. They charged me to replace the carpet in an entire 3 bedroom apartment even though the so called damage to the carpet was only in one bedroom. They are trying to update the 3 bedroom apts in Vista Falls and they want to make the residents moving out pay for the upgrade. This apartment used to be nice but now the management staff and the new management company are awful and not customer service oriented. They are rude and unresponsive to the needs of their renters. The only good thing is that the maintenance staff is GREAT!
