Do not move here - We have lived in The Woods...excuse me I meant 'da hood' for about a year and a half. When we first moved in, it was ok. Do not live here! If u dont mind having no where to park or the water being cut off once a month then live here! Ive found needles in the grass around my apartment. Dogs use the bathroom everywhere n noone has to clean it up. Theres always groups of young guys around the property at all hours.

Worst management ever! I have been without access to water for 27 days now and management refuses to send anyone to fix it. Also my unit profusely leaks when it rains. Definate NO! Yes, the units look nice, but many problems and lousey management.

Much Improved The new company seems to be doing a good job. Looks like they are putting money into the property. The new playground was installed this summer, they have fixed the pool, and are putting in new landscaping. Staff is very nice.
