1. The grounds look beautiful!! I love coming home each day!
2. The maintenance guy (Ken) is very responsive,extremely knowledgeable, very helpful and always friendly to everybody.
3. The staff is very responsive and friendly.
I recommend The Abbington Place at South Pointe to anybody who is looking for a nice, quite place to live. I love it here!
