I have lived at Abbington Place for a couple of years and for the most part really enjoy it. Something must be going on with the management because there has been a high turn over rate in the leasing office. The office manager is never available to take a phone call and is hardly ever in the office. Maintenance is usually very responsive and he works hard! The grounds are very pretty and it's a quiet community with mostly good neighbors. I would recommend someone to live here...for the most part!
